With over 20 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, turf management, and earthworks, Jamie Coleman is the foundation of operations at Just Grass NZ Limited.
Holding a Bachelor of Horticultural Science (BHortSci), Jamie's deep understanding of plant science and sustainable landscaping techniques has been instrumental in the company's success.
His career began in greenkeeping, where he earned multiple prestigious awards, demonstrating his commitment to excellence. As Co-Director, Jamie has expanded Just Grass NZ from its roots in lawn mowing to a developed specialized landscaping company, Just Grass NZ Limited.
His expertise in site preparation, precision planning, and his ability to adapt to the unique challenges of Wellington’s landscape have earned Just Grass NZ a reputation for delivering projects with the highest level of quality and detail.

Jed Curtis
Co-Director & Business Development Manager
Jed is a seasoned professional with a rich and diverse background spanning carpentry, subsea construction, safety systems, mechanical engineering. With a career spanning over 17 years in subsea construction, Jed’s experience as a Saturation Diver and Mechanical Dive Technician has taken him around the world, managing complex projects in challenging environments.
As Co-Director and Business Development Manager at Just Grass NZ, Jed’s innovative mindset and problem-solving abilities are essential to the company's growth. His leadership in business development, sales, and marketing has been key to expanding Just Grass NZ’s presence in the Wellington region. Jed is committed to ensuring that safety, engineering best practices, and operational efficiency are always at the forefront of the company’s operations.
